Dellison Farm is a 5 generation family-run farm nestled in the Cowichan Valley. We are dedicated to raising happy, healthy animals so you can feel good about the meat you eat. All of our beef is born and raised right here on our farm and fed a grass-based diet their entire lives, the way nature intended. Our animals have access to the outdoors when the weather allows it or can snuggle up in their bed of shavings to hide away from the wet, west coast weather.

We also have our own local square and round bale hay for sale year-round.
OUR STORY
Meet Don Ellison, more commonly known as "Papa." Papa moved to the farm in Glenora from Spirit River, Alberta, in 1947 when he was just 11 years old. Alongside his family, Papa ran a very successful dairy farm for many years. In 2003 when more large-scale dairy operations came on the scene, the decision had to be made to either expand the dairy or leave the dairy industry altogether. The decision was made to sell the dairy herd and raise beef cows instead. For the last 22 years, the family has been raising high-quality grass-fed beef. In 2015, we were inspired to make ethical, quality meat more accessible to our friends, neighbours, and the greater community so began selling our beef and pork by the pound and making deliveries in the Cowichan Valley and Greater Victoria area.
